Fun To Watch, a forward-thinking, data driven marketing agency and media production company, is looking for a talented & skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who takes pride in driving traffic, scaling campaigns, tracking data and conversions, and building winning funnels and brands. The ideal candidate is truly passionate about the digital world and always eager to learn to advance their skills, and able to work independently as well as part of a team alongside experienced marketers, producers, and content creators.

• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, direct response and display advertising.
• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for our digital channels, including social media updates, short form, long form, podcast, blog posts, copywriting, landing page optimization, and website content.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, create content calendars, and engage with our online communities
• SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve organic and paid search visibility
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Website Management A Plus: Collaborate with the web developer to maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing goals
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to recommend innovative strategies

We are located at 1000 Riverside Ave. inside Corner Lot Center (River & Post Building). In person preferred but open to remote, freelance / consulting.
We work closely with real estate developers and investment companies; knowledge in real estate investing is a major plus, including marketing funnels, courses, podcasts, content and campaigns.

We are located at 1000 Riverside Ave. inside Corner Lot Center (River & Post Building). We provide a Mac Studio, however, you are welcome to use your gear if you are more comfortable and have your own, however, edits should be backed up to Fun To Watch hard-drives.
